My first experiences

I started to drink the alkalizing drink exactly 11 weeks ago, and for a while, I haven't changed my eating habits: I had meat, sometimes I would give in to the temptation and have a túró rudi and such. I can tell that the only real change was to start with the 3 basic products: SuperGreens & PH Prime and BioLight.


More about these products a little bit later; now just shortly: the first one is a green powder, made of veggies and grasses, that you have to mix in water and drink. The second one is a drop that will further alkalize the green drink, but does the same to ordinary water. The third one is another drop which takes care of the energy intake of cells.


Since a few weeks, I also quit meat.

This is what I can tell so far:
- My eye sight is getting sharper (I am shortsighted)
- I have no any problems with my stomach (since I was a child, I always had pains and burning feeling)
- Not long before, after my operation, I suddenly lost 5-6 kilograms, and by that, I got back to my ideal weight. But that time, I looked very ugly skinny, sunken cheeks, etc. Now I am keeping this weight steadily, but my face is nicer than ever - just look at the picture in the upper right corner :-))
- Weeks after the operation, I was deadly exhausted, 1-2 hours walk made me so tired that I couldn't do anything else that day. I started to drink the green stuff on a Friday, and on Sunday I had a six-hour excursion in the hills of Buda!
- At the same time, my belly was still huge, like if I was pregnant in the 5th or 6th month. I drank the first liter of the green thing at 4pm on that Friday, than o another liter, and by 10pm my belly became flat again and stayed so since then,
- I sleep better. Before, it happened often that I woke up in the middle of the night and could fall asleep again for 3-4 hours. Now I only wake up for a few minutes - if at all.

My name is Andrea Gerak, I am a singer and an independent InnerLight distributor.

A few months ago, I had a major operation because of cervical cancer. During the weeks of getting well, I studied a lot of articles on the subject, what are the causes of cancer and other illnesses, how can one prevent them and how to avoid re-occurrence.
